We accept email money transfer through Interac E-Transfer. We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.

Yes. We value your privacy. All packages are shipped without any labeling and contain only the pertinent shipping information.

We ship anywhere in Canada. No USA or international shipping at this time.

Standard shipping: $17 to BC, AB, SK and MN. $22 to all other provinces and territories.

Express shipping: $22 to BC, AB, SK and MN. $28 to all other provinces and territories.

Yes! All orders over $150 qualify for free Xpress shipping.

We use eco-friendly bags that are 100% biodegradable. They are made from the polylactic acid (PLA) of plants and include a laminated protective ALOX coating.

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a food-safe, bioplastic material made from renewable resources such as corn and sugar. It is a sustainable product that is compostable in industrial composting facilities.

ALOX (Aluminium Oxide) Coating is a clear barrier coating. When applied to flexible plastic film, it achieves high oxygen and moisture barrier properties, which preserves the freshness and extends the life of our products. ALOX is compostable, and when used with a PLA film creates a high barrier, compostable package.

All of the stickers we use on our packaging are made from 100% recycled materials, and can be recycled again after use.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns.

If your order did not arrive, we will be happy to re-ship it for you. However, if the tracking information shows the item was delivered, we will not be able to re-ship or provide a refund.
